Deborah (Debbie) was absolutely amazing from the moment I spoke to her over the phone right until the day of my father’s funeral she was so supportive and ensured we as a family got what we wanted. She kept in contact every day if it wasn’t by telephone it was by email she gave me regular updates of my father once he was in her care and she went above and beyond even suggested a lovely memorial plaque to go on my father’s coffin which he would of absolutely loved. The service was brilliant Sharon the funeral director was so lovely bless her words cannot even describe my gratitude towards this woman I would definitely recommend this company for when you unfortunately lose a loved one as you know they are 110% being taken care of with respect and dignity I cannot praise them enough.

I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Throughout the whole process Deborah was superb, she had a human touch, was caring and extremely knowledgeable.
She gave excellent advice but was also great at listening and ensuring our particular needs were met. She kept in regular contact throughout the process and was very swift with her replies to any of our questions.
She was extremely supportive towards my daughter and on what could have been a difficult day, she gave us confidence and made sure everything ran smoothly.
I would recommend this firm without any hesitation.

At such a sad time Knox Brother made planning run smoothly and was very friendly and never rushed or hurred us at all and keep a check in before, during and even after by phone.
They also keep you updated with everything and were very willing to accommodate with our special request for the day.
Also Sherren Legister who runs the shop is very friendly and full of smiles she made you feel relax and comforted at a hard time.

On the day my father died, we visited Knox Funeral Directors in Wimbledon. We were greeted by Sherren. I live a long distance from my parents' home in London - so had to deal with everything (apart from the initial meeting) pretty much remotely.
Sherren, was absolutely delightful - helpful and calm. Throughout the process of dealing with my father's funeral I found that Sherren was efficient, (responding to emails and phone calls immediately) thoughtful and kind.
I was contacted by Eddy on the Friday before the funeral to reassure me that all was going to run smoothly on the Monday morning. Eddy and his team were really kind, helpful and efficient. A really professional team from start to finish!

Knox brothers did my father's funeral 27yrs ago & they are still amazing today nothing was too much bother for them they did all the hard work for us especially sheron at the wimbledon branch she was amazing I can fault them for arranging my brother Markys funeral they give us 100%

Everyone was kind respectful and very helpful. My mum died at home and had to be collected. I cant remember the names of the individuals, but they were so lovely, kind and respectful, and were very gentle with mum.
At the undertakers, Hilary was great, again, kind helpful, respectful and very informative, she sorted everything out for us, flowers order of service, visits to see mum etc. then on the day of the funeral, Eddie did a fab job of organising and making sure everything went to plan, he called me the night before the funeral to introduce himself. We had 2 cars for the family, and i have to say everyone from KNox Bros was fab
